Mohammed V Airport: Double Control Replaced by Automated Gates

It is faster and more secure. The double check is removed and gives way to automatic gates. Smoothness is on the agenda. The experience starts at Mohammed V Airport and will be extended to other airport infrastructure in the Kingdom.

The Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca has eliminated the double passport control for international passengers arriving and departing.

Now, automated gates ensure a faster and more secure passage.This modernization, implemented through the joint efforts of the DGSN, ONDA, and the Ministry of the Interior,aims to streamline border crossings and reduce waiting lines.

This measure will be gradually extended to all airports in the Kingdom before summer.It is part of the «Airports 2030 » strategy, which relies on the adoption of advanced technologies

to improve the efficiency of controls and support the growth of international air traffic while ensuring a high level of security.
