Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has strengthened its Casablanca office with the transfer of Souhail Cherqaoui-Fassi from its Paris office as an Managing Directors and Partners and the appointment of Ghita Lahlou as an Managing Directors and Partners, effective January 12, 2026. These strategic moves underscore BCG’s commitment to expanding its footprint in Morocco and across Africa, where it has operated for over 15 years supporting both public and private sector clients. Souhail Cherqaoui-Fassi brings over a decade of international experience advising telecom, technology, media, and private equity clients on growth, transformation, and investment projects, with deep expertise in digital infrastructure, IT services, cybersecurity, and semiconductors. Ghita Lahlou offers more than 18 years of experience, having advised major public and private organizations in Morocco and Africa on growth strategy, investment planning, and transactional operations, with recognized sector expertise in healthcare, infrastructure, and transportation. Both executives have strong local ties and international backgrounds, with Cherqaoui-Fassi holding a master’s in strategy from HEC Paris and Lahlou an MBA from ESSEC.
