VTC: Uber is back in Morocco
Uber is now available in Casablanca and Marrakech, in an exclusive partnership with licensed transport vehicles. Other cities will be added in the future.
Uber announced this Thursday, November 27, that users in Morocco now have the ability to request rides through the Uber app.
The app will first be available in Casablanca and Marrakech, using exclusively licensed transport vehicles, the operator stated in a press release. Other cities will be added in the future. Thanks to its technology, it complements the existing transport offerings, making it easier to access transportation with the simple push of a button for both residents and the millions of annual visitors.
In a context where Morocco places mobility at the heart of its strategic priorities and prepares to host major international events, Uber’s arrival aligns with an ambitious national momentum.

In Casablanca and Marrakech, users can now request a ride through the app and choose one of the two available options based on their travel needs.
