The Tanger Med Group closed the 2025 financial year with consolidated gross revenue of 13 billion dirhams (MAD 13bn), up 16% compared with 2024.

Backed by an integrated model, the Group operates across four complementary business areas—ports, logistics, industry, and services, according to a Tanger Med press release.

On the port side, the Group manages the Tanger Med port complex, the leading port in the Mediterranean and Africa and ranked 17th worldwide in the latest global container port rankings published by Alphaliner.

In 2025, the port complex reached a new historic milestone by surpassing 11 million TEUs (Twenty-Foot Equivalent Units) handled, thereby consolidating its position among the world’s major port platforms.

Through its stake in Marsa Maroc, the Group also operates 35 specialised terminals handling containers and bulk cargo across 21 ports. In 2025, Marsa Maroc processed 67 million tonnes of goods, representing a 6% increase compared with 2024, confirming the growth momentum of its port activities.

Overall, the total volume handled by the Group in 2025—including the performance of TMPA – Tanger Med Port Authority (the operator of the Tanger Med port complex) and Marsa Maroc—reached 209 million tonnes of goods and 12.42 million TEUs.

On the industrial front, the Group is a planner and developer of 3,000 hectares of economic activity zones, hosting more than 1,500 companies operating in the automotive, aeronautics, textiles, agri-food, and logistics sectors.

In 2025, these zones generated a total business turnover of MAD 188 billion and accounted for the creation of 145,000 jobs.
