Support for Breeders: Over 3 Billion Dirhams Disbursed to 756,000 Beneficiaries
This assistance benefited 77% of the total number of breeders registered in the national livestock rebuilding program.
Direct aid to breeders reached 756,000 beneficiaries, for a total amount of 3.172 billion dirhams. This aid, implemented in accordance with the High Royal Directives, concerns 77% of breeders registered in the national livestock rebuilding program.
Minister Mustapha Baitas recalled that this program has an overall budget of 12.8 billion dirhams, divided into two installments, and is progressing at a good pace.
The first installment of 6 billion dirhams supports the purchase of fodder, preserves female sheep and goats intended for reproduction, alleviates debts in partnership with Crédit Agricole, and strengthens vaccination campaigns and technical supervision.
