Railway stations: MAD 107 million for the construction of underground passages
ONCF has launched a call for tenders divided into three lots for the construction and extension of underground passages and access points at 21 railway stations, located between Kenitra and Marrakech, via Mohammedia and Benguerir.
As part of the continued construction of new railway stations linked both to the extension of the high‑speed rail line and the rollout of RER services, ONCF has launched a call for tenders for the construction and extension of underground passages and access points at 21 stations.
With a total estimated budget of 107 million dirhams (MAD), the Office has divided the project into three lots.
The first lot, valued at MAD 28.1 million, covers the Kenitra–Aïn Attiq corridor. It concerns six stations: Sidi Bouknadel, Sidi Abdellah, Salé Ville, Salé Tabriquet, Témara, and Aïn Attiq.
The second lot, budgeted at MAD 50.2 million, αφορά ten stations: Mohammedia Faculties, Mohammedia Ville, Sidi Bernoussi, Aïn Sebaâ, Hay Mohammadi, Mers Sultan, Casa Oasis, Sidi Maarouf, Bouskoura, and Nouaceur. This lot corresponds to the Mohammedia–Nouaceur axis.
The third and final lot covers the section between Benguerir and Marrakech, with a budget allocation of MAD 29.5 million. The five beneficiary stations are Benguerir, Ville Verte RER, Sidi Bouatman, Marrakech Stadium Station, and Sidi Ghanem.
The overall implementation period is set at 30 months per lot. Detailed design studies are expected to take one month per underground passage. The fabrication of temporary bridges is estimated at two months per bridge, while construction works are expected to last four months per project.
