Nearly 20 Million Tourists in 2025
This record-breaking year marks a strategic milestone, opening a new chapter that is perfectly aligned with the Kingdom’s vision, which aims to welcome 26 million tourists and establish itself as a leading destination by 2030.
Morocco welcomed 19.8 million tourists in 2025, representing a 14% increase compared to 2024. This brings the country, for the first time, close to the threshold of 20 million visitors. This performance confirms the strength and continuous progression of the tourism sector.
It is the result of implementing the 2023-2026 roadmap, which focuses on air connectivity, accommodation, diversifying the tourism offering, and improving services.
Tourism revenues reached a record level of 124 billion dirhams by the end of November 2025, an increase of 19%. Tourism is solidifying its position as a key driver of territorial economic growth.
This record year aligns with the Kingdom’s vision to attract 26 million tourists and establish Morocco as a leading destination by 2030.
