Five dams in the Loukkos hydraulic basin show a fill rate of 100%. These are Oued El Makhazine, Charif Al Idrissi, Ibn Battouta, Chefchaouen, and Nakhla.

The total reserves of the basin’s main dams have reached 1.23 billion m³, or 64.2%. This improvement is due to recent rainfall in the Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima region.

Oued El Makhazine stores 672.8 million m³, the highest volume in the region. Dar Khrofa shows a rate of 26%, with 127.4 million m³. The 9 Avril and Abdelkarim El Khattabi dams remain poorly filled, with rates below 25%.

Nationally, dam reserves exceed 8 billion m³. Morocco’s overall fill rate stands at 47.8%.
