Customs Revenues Up 9.1% In 2025
This revenue amounted to over 100.7 billion dirhams by the end of December 2025, according to the Kingdom’s General Treasury.

These figures are from the December 2025 Monthly Bulletin of Public Finance Statistics.
The increase concerns customs duties, import VAT, and the domestic consumption tax (TIC) on energy products, after 105 million dirhams in tax refunds.
Customs duties reached 17 billion dirhams, up 6.6%, while import VAT amounted to 63.25 billion dirhams, up 8.2% year-on-year.
VAT on energy products decreased by 3.9%, while VAT on other products increased by 10.6%.
Receipts from the Domestic Consumption Tax (TIC) on energy products exceeded 20.47 billion dirhams, an increase of 14.3%, after 61 million dirhams in refunds.
