Bank Of Africa fully committed to micro-business
Like several leading institutions, the pan-African bank is mobilizing for the revival of micro-enterprises. It positions itself as the reference partner for Moroccan entrepreneurs.

At the national level, several leading players are fully mobilized for the revival of micro-enterprises, which constitute a driving force of the national economy. For example, Bank Al-Maghrib (BAM) launched in March 2025 a new program to support bank financing for micro-enterprises. Moreover, the project of the charter dedicated to micro-enterprises, currently being finalized between the various stakeholders, aims to complement this new program supporting bank financing for micro-enterprises, which represent 88% of the national economic fabric.
The Ministry of Economic Inclusion also has several initiatives in the pipeline aimed at supporting and reviving this category of businesses. Notably, there is a program dedicated to financing the operating expenses of micro-enterprises (rent costs, expenses related to bookkeeping, acquisition of tools, software, etc.). The public support program for micro-enterprises, which excludes investment expenses and is endowed with 1 billion MAD, should benefit 110,000 recipients. Another committed player that stands out by positioning itself as the reference partner for Moroccan entrepreneurs is Bank Of Africa.
Tailored support
The bank has distinguished itself by its ingenuity, launching a new awareness campaign that thus strengthens its position as the reference partner for Moroccan entrepreneurs. Standing out for its strong anchoring in local realities, this initiative is in line with the national dynamic, driven by several national programs to promote entrepreneurship and strengthen the contribution of micro-enterprises to the Kingdom’s economic growth.
The pan-African bank, drawing on its expertise in supporting project holders, offers a comprehensive support approach beyond financial services. Indeed, through the inspiring message: “Do you have a project? Let’s build it together,” Bank Of Africa demonstrates its intention to be a trusted partner. And this, at every stage of the entrepreneurial journey, namely from the creation phase to the expansion phase. Concretely, the uniqueness of the value proposition in this regard lies in the fact that Bank Of Africa provides entrepreneurs with tailor-made solutions and free offers.
That is not all, as they are also offered dedicated platforms for 360° support, personalized, concrete, and human, allowing the potential of micro-enterprises to be unlocked and especially ensuring projects are sustainable. Furthermore, Bank Of Africa reaffirmed its position as a committed player in favor of SME growth by recently initiating a series of regional Business meetings. These meetings, organized as thematic workshops, aim to offer targeted support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which occupy a central place in the national economic fabric.
It should be noted that these meetings are intended to raise awareness among companies about best practices in management and financing, to encourage direct dialogue between industry experts and economic operators, and to present the group’s comprehensive and complementary offer, which facilitates end-to-end management of SME activities.
Scheduled during June 2025, the regional Business meetings benefited from the joint mobilization of the group’s subsidiaries, in order to provide all the necessary expertise to meet the expectations of regional companies on various topics (crowdfunding, factoring, exchange rate risk…).
