Grand Stade Hassan II: Five Moroccan companies will carry out the road access works for 605 million dirhams (MDH)
According to our information, five Moroccan companies have been selected by the Moroccan Highways Company (ADM) to carry out the road access works leading to the future largest football stadium in the world, with a budget of 605 MDH. Here is the list.

Last March, the National Highways Company of Morocco (ADM) put out to tender the contract for the construction of the road access to the Grand Stade Hassan II in Benslimane. Budgeted at 605 million dirhams, these works, divided into four lots, include roadworks and general earthworks, as well as the construction of various civil engineering structures.
Five Moroccan companies were awarded the contracts by the public company led by Mohammed Cherkaoui Eddeqaqi, following the completion of the commission’s work on July 2, according to our information. The first lot was awarded to Houar for 32.9 MDH.
The second lot (148.9 MDH) was won by the SSMT company based in Taroudant, and the third was awarded to Mojazine, which bid 190.5 MDH. Finally, the fourth lot, amounting to 251.3 MDH, was given to the Altatrav-Emacotra consortium.
Novec handles the execution studies
These Moroccan construction companies secured this major contract ahead of large international firms such as the Chinese China Overseas Engineering Group, China Gezhouba Group, and the French NGE Contracting.
It should be recalled that another Moroccan company, Novec, a subsidiary of the CDG, won in August 2024 the contract for the execution studies of this road access for 8.8 MDH, ahead of Conseil ingénierie et développement (CID), affiliated with the Ministry of Equipment and Water, which had proposed 11.5 MDH.
Also note that the Moroccan duo TGCC-SGTM will be responsible for the construction of the future largest football stadium in the world, with the construction works amounting to 3.4 billion dirhams (MMDH).
