Zelenskyy Seeks U.S. Mineral Partnership and Security Guarantees

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has proposed a mineral partnership with the U.S., emphasizing the importance of securing guarantees from allies as part of any deal. As the situation in eastern Ukraine remains critical with advancing Russian forces, he is also looking to strengthen military recruitment efforts to address manpower shortages.
