ONDA Restructures to Implement Its ‘Airports 2030’ Strategy
Following the reorganization of the ‘Commercial’ division, the ‘Air Navigation’ and ‘Airport Operations’ divisions are now undergoing restructuring. In line with this, the Office has announced a call for applications to recruit two new directors to lead these units.

The National Office of Airports (ONDA) has begun reorganizing its three major divisions to enhance performance and prepare for the rollout of its “Airports 2030” strategy. This includes interim appointments, a call for applications for new leadership, and the retention of internal expertise. The restructuring aims to anticipate future challenges, according to the Office.
Two major changes have been initiated within its internal structure to effectively prepare for the implementation of the “Airports 2030” strategy. Two of its divisions are now undergoing significant updates, as stated in a press release. The Office clarified that a call for applications has just been launched to recruit new directors to lead the “Air Navigation” and “Airport Operations” divisions. Pending the completion of this process, interim directors have been appointed to ensure continuity. The current directors will continue overseeing development projects and remain under the supervision of the Director General.
For ONDA, “this initiative follows the renewal already underway within the ‘Commercial’ division, which recently welcomed a new director tasked with driving economic performance, fostering strategic partnerships, and transforming airports into multiservice hubs and vibrant living spaces.”
By redefining responsibilities and recruiting new talent, “ONDA is bolstering the deployment of its ‘Airports 2030’ strategy and relying on all divisions and competencies to successfully execute this mission.”
The Office has thus entered a new phase of internal structuring, driven by the “Airports 2030” strategy and a clear ambition to adapt the organization to future challenges, strengthen team capabilities, and build tomorrow’s airports, the Office emphasized.
