Mohammedia: 76.5 million dirhams for the construction of an international business center
The city will soon host a business center aimed at boosting its economic potential and stimulating entrepreneurship. Several services are planned, including incubation, a fab lab, coworking spaces, a showroom, and a conference room.

The Casablanca-Settat Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Services has just launched a call for tenders for the construction of an international business center in Mohammedia.
The estimated cost of the project is set at 76.52 million dirhams, according to the tender notice. The project management is entrusted to the architectural firms Archi LM (Mohammed Loudghriri) and Arching (Hind Achtaich), along with the BETAM study office.
According to the Chamber of Commerce, the project, planned north of the city around the main park, aims to promote entrepreneurial dynamism in the region by diversifying the professional real estate offer.
It also seeks to strengthen support for innovative business creation and better accompany startup development in the area. The center will provide project leaders and very small enterprises with coworking spaces adapted to their needs and financial capacities.
The business center will have eight floors and offer various services such as incubation, a fab lab, and coworking spaces. A section dedicated to continuing education will be integrated into the center’s ecosystem to develop a new inclusive educational model.
An exhibition space is also planned, along with a conference room with a capacity of 150 people, a library, an aparthotel, and a dining area.
The overall construction period is set at 22 months.
