Canada has officially recognised the autonomy plan proposed by Morocco as a basis for resolving the regional dispute over the Moroccan Sahara.
The 13th High-Level Meeting between Morocco and Spain resulted in the signing of 14 memorandums of understanding between ministers of the two governments in several areas.
