Tourism : 2.7 Million Arrivals by End of February, Up 24%
Morocco is experiencing strong tourism growth with 2.7 million arrivals by the end of February 2025, marking a 24% increase compared to 2024 (+521,000 visitors).

In February, the country hosted 1.4 million tourists, recording a 22% increase (+248,000).
This rise involves both foreign tourists (+18%, or 119,000 additional arrivals) and Moroccans living abroad (+26%, or 130,000 additional arrivals).
Tourism Minister Fatim-Zahra Ammor emphasizes that this dynamic strengthens Morocco’s position among the world’s top destinations.
She highlights the sector’s positive economic impact on regions, job creation, and youth integration.
These performances confirm the effectiveness of Morocco’s tourism strategy under the leadership of King Mohammed VI.
