ONDA has revealed its «Airports 2030» strategy, in accordance with the High Royal Instructions given in 2024.
This roadmap aims to modernize infrastructure, improve customer experience, and transform the organization.
The Mohammed V Airport will increase its capacity from 14 to 35 million passengers by 2029, becoming an intercontinental hub.
The airports in Marrakech, Agadir, Tangier, and Fès will also be expanded to double their capacity in response to rising traffic.
The customer experience will be transformed through digitalization and innovative solutions to streamline the entire journey, from check-in to boarding.
The ONDA will adopt a new legal status, likely that of a public limited company, to enhance its governance and management.
Particular emphasis will be placed on developing team skills through ongoing training, integrating new expertise, and adopting best practices.
Finally, a new visual identity will accompany this transformation to reflect Morocco’s renewed ambitions in aviation and international connectivity, especially in anticipation of the 2030 World Cup
