Moroccan Ouijdane Qacami has received the 2025 Pépite Award honoring young creators of innovative startups, announced the agency Campus France on Wednesday.
The young project lead distinguished herself with her startup Strucmedica, focused on concrete sustainability, a promising company selected from among 30 “exceptional solutions” recognized this year.
She stood out in the category “Materials in all their forms,” through her project focused on performing automated structural diagnostics for concrete structures, intended for construction industry stakeholders, specifies the agency in a press release.
“The award winners embody a youth that is committed, that questions, and that invents desirable futures,” emphasized the Minister Delegate for Higher Education and Research, Philipe Baptiste, during the awards ceremony.
He highlighted that the Pépite awards are “true innovation catalysts by enabling each student to move from idea to project, from project to enterprise, in close connection with their local areas and socioeconomic actors.”
