Damane Cash and Express Relais announce a strategic partnership aimed at transforming the e-commerce experience in Morocco. “In a context marked by the growth of e-commerce and the acceleration of digitalization in Morocco, Damane Cash, a subsidiary of BANK OF AFRICA and a major player in payment services, strengthens its commitment to innovation and last-mile logistical efficiency through the announcement of its strategic alliance with Express Relais, the commercial brand of CEOS TECHNOLOGY SA,” reads a joint statement.

According to the same source, by combining their respective expertise in financial and logistical services, the two players offer a faster, smoother, and fully integrated customer journey. The result: accelerated delivery and instant cash refunds, for optimal customer satisfaction.

This collaboration aims to optimize the management of financial flows related to cash on delivery (COD) operations and to strengthen the logistical coverage of the Express Relais network throughout the national territory. It offers a complete parcel sending and delivery service, both home delivery and through an innovative network of more than 148 automatic lockers installed in strategic locations: ONCF train stations, shopping centers, universities, grandes écoles, and public spaces.

Within this partnership, Damane Cash provides Express Relais with its rapid money transfer platform, enabling almost instantaneous returns of funds collected at delivery to end customers on behalf of senders.

According to the two partners, this solution significantly improves transaction fluidity and consequently the customer experience. E-merchants thus benefit from immediate cash flow, reducing their liquidity needs for daily operations: securing raw material purchases, financing lead-generating marketing campaigns, or investing in growth drivers such as website improvement or new sales channel development.

Also, the platform offers real-time monitoring of their financial operations as well as delivery traceability on the Express Relais platform, with a Customer Relations Center available 24/7 to support clients.
