Agadir Celebrates Throne Day Around the Royal Speech
Authorities, elected officials, and civil society gathered at the headquarters of the governorate. A moment of national communion.
Agadir experienced last night a moment of solemn reflection and national pride. As in all regions of the Kingdom, the capital of Souss came together to mark the 27th anniversary of the accession of His Majesty King Mohammed VI to the Throne of His glorious ancestors. Said Amzazi, wali of the Souss-Massa region, presided at the headquarters of the governorate over the ceremony of listening to the Royal Speech addressed by His Majesty to the Moroccan people.
The ceremony was held in the presence of Karim Achengli, president of the Souss-Massa Regional Council, representatives of the military, judicial, and security corps, heads of decentralized services, elected bodies, and representatives of civil society.
On this occasion, the wali proceeded to present royal decorations to a number of recipients, in recognition of the services rendered and the efforts made in the exercise of their duties. A gesture that reflects the High consideration of His Majesty towards those who serve the Kingdom with dedication.
This gathering was an opportunity for the participants to renew their attachment to the Alaoui Throne and their commitment to the path traced by His Majesty to continue building the new Morocco, a Morocco engaged in a dynamic of all-around development.
