Juliette Binoche Named Jury President for 2025 Cannes Film Festival

The Cannes Film Festival has announced that French actress Juliette Binoche will serve as the President of the Jury for its 2025 edition, marking a significant moment in the festival’s history as she succeeds another woman, Greta Gerwig. This is only the second instance of a woman following another woman in this role, with the last occurrence in 1966.
