The BMCI certified as «Top Employer 2025»
According to the bank, this international distinction confirms the excellence of its human resources policies and management practices. It also demonstrates the bank’s commitment to offering a stimulating, inclusive work environment conducive to professional fulfillment.
BMCI is officially recognized as Top Employer 2025 in Morocco. This was announced by the bank in a statement published on November 13.
“This international distinction confirms the excellence of BMCI’s human resources policies and management practices and attests to the bank’s commitment to providing a stimulating, inclusive work environment that fosters the professional growth of its employees,” said the banking institution.
According to the same source, this recognition is part of BMCI’s ongoing actions in favor of an ambitious human resources policy, focused on support, innovation, and sustainable performance.
The certification is awarded based on results and participation in the HR Best Practices Survey, a standard that evaluates organizations across six areas and twenty topics, including HR strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity-equity-inclusion, and well-being. This approach emphasizes evidence, international comparability, and continuous improvement.
A rich employee experience at every stage of their journey
BMCI has refined its strategy over the years to meet employee expectations. Upon joining BMCI, newcomers benefit from a structured and personalized onboarding process that encourages a quick start and better understanding of the company’s culture and values.
Throughout their careers, BMCI implements continuous training programs to accelerate the learning and development of its employees.
Certified programs, cross-functional career paths, and digital learning are offered to employees based on their profiles.
Moreover, BMCI encourages employees to actively manage their careers by promoting internal mobility, enabling everyone to develop skills and progress within the company. Programs dedicated to talent management, leadership, and career transition complete this comprehensive support.
Aware of the challenges related to well-being and work-life balance, the bank also implements policies for flexibility and quality of work life, as well as initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion.
These priorities directly align with the areas and topics of the certification framework.
Recognition of collective work
By obtaining this certification, BMCI is among the 17 organizations certified in Morocco this year.
“It recognizes the efforts of all the HR teams at BMCI, which places people at the heart of its strategy and confirms their commitment to making BMCI a reference employer attentive to the development, engagement, and performance of its employees,” the bank emphasized.
